Since relocating to Northwest Arkansas in 2015, Kaitlin and her family have embraced the region's incredible growth, vibrant communities, and exceptional quality of life. Before launching her real estate career, she built a successful career in corporate America, specializing in retail operations and merchandising leadership. That experience sharpened her skills in negotiation, strategic planning, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer service—skills she now puts to work for every client.
Outside of real estate, Kaitlin enjoys supporting her community and spending time with her husband and four boys, often cheering them on at football and cheer events.
